The enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to terminate the City’s easement to a three-foot-wide alleyway behind City-owned properties at 2633–2655 West Sedgley Avenue and 2113–2121 North 27th Street. It also authorizes the City Solicitor to review and approve the documents needed to carry this out.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, to terminate and extinguish an easement to a three foot wide alleyway, abutting the rear of several City owned properties located at 2633-2655 West Sedgley Avenue on the northwest side of West Sedgley Avenue and 2113-2121 North 27th Street on east side of North 27th Street.
