This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove and vacate the northern 20 feet of Market Street between 32nd and 34th streets, reducing the street’s planned width from 120 feet to 100 feet. The property owner or other interested party must meet conditions including indemnifying the City, paying related costs, and making or covering required changes to sidewalks, utilities, sewers, lighting, and other street facilities.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 44 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the northerly 20 feet wide portion of Market Street from 32nd Street to 34th Street, thereby reducing the width of said Market Street, under certain terms and conditions.
