This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to revise the official street plan for an area bounded by Devon Street, Sydney Street, Boyer Street, Mt. Airy Avenue, Sprague Street, and Mt. Pleasant Avenue. It places an irregularly shaped right-of-way for water-main and sewer purposes, subject to agreements from affected property owners, limits on structures and grade changes, City access for utility work, payment of related costs, and other conditions.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 206 bounded by Devon Street, Sydney Street, Boyer Street, Mt. Airy Avenue, Sprague Street and Mt. Pleasant Avenue by placing an irregularly shaped right-of-way for water main purposes and sewer purposes, under certain terms and conditions.
