The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to revise part of City Plan No. 206 in the area bounded by Devon Street, Sydney Street, Boyer Street, Mt. Airy Avenue, Sprague Street, and Mt. Pleasant Avenue. It establishes a right-of-way for Philadelphia Gas Works gas-main purposes, subject to agreements from affected property owners, access and construction restrictions, required payments, and other conditions.

Pleasant Avenue by placing an irregularly shaped right-of-way for gas main purposes under certain terms and conditions.
