This enacted ordinance revises part of City Plan No. 163 by adding two variable-width rights-of-way for gas mains and other public utility facilities between School House Lane, Driftwood Drive, and nearby areas. Property owners and other parties involved must meet conditions including granting access for utility work, agreeing to certain restrictions on construction, releasing or indemnifying the City from related claims, and paying specified costs.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 163 by placing two variable width rights-of-way for gas main purposes and public utility purposes on the City Plan, under certain terms and conditions.
