The enacted bill changes Philadelphia’s rules for prohibited signs. When the same person posts multiple violating signs within one ZIP code, code officials may issue one notice covering them, while the total amount owed remains the same as if separate notices had been issued; the Department of Licenses and Inspections may also require photographs identifying each sign’s location.

Amending Chapter 10-1200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Posting of Signs," by authorizing code officials to issue a single code violation notice for multiple sign violations by the same person, in certain circumstances, and making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
