The work must follow City requirements, receive any required permits and utility approvals, and meet conditions including an agreement with the City, a bond, and insurance; the permission expires if those requirements are not completed within one year after the ordinance became law.

Granting permission to Muhammed Shaukat, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the southwest corner of Tenth Street and Filbert Street, to construct, use and maintain conduits for fiber optic facilities in, under and across the southwest corner of Tenth Street and Filbert Street, for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to said newsstand.
