This enacted ordinance authorizes Bodine Street Associates and its successors to install and maintain multi-level bay windows for the residential project at 1111 N. Bodine Street. The windows may extend about three feet over the sidewalks on N. Bodine Street and N. American Street at the second through fifth floors, subject to required permits, agreements, insurance, and other City conditions.

Authorizing Bodine Street Associates, their successors and assigns, to own, operate, and maintain multi-level bay windows as part of the residential development project at 1111 N. Bodine Street, under certain terms and conditions.
