This enacted ordinance authorizes Richard and Justine Hansen, successors, and assigns to maintain a one-story garage extension and entranceway steps that extend into the south sidewalk of Poplar Street next to 880 N. 20th Street. The authorization requires permits, agreements, insurance or equivalent protections, and other conditions, including removing the structures and restoring the sidewalk if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.
