Amending Subcode "A" (The Philadelphia Administrative Code) of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by amending certain administrative and enforcement provisions and the fee schedule for various construction related activities, all under certain terms and conditions.
