The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to revise the City Plan and vacate the legally open portions of Witte Street between Westmoreland Street and Ontario Street. The affected property owner or other responsible party must meet conditions including indemnifying the City, paying certain costs, and making or funding any needed changes to sidewalks, paving, utilities, streetlights, hydrants, sewers, and other public infrastructure.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 188 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Witte Street from Westmoreland Street to Ontario Street, under certain terms and conditions.
