This enacted measure amended Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vending in the area bounded by 60th Street, Elmwood Avenue, 67th Street, and Kingsessing Avenue. The prohibition applies on both sides of streets that bound or run within that area and affects vendors selling or displaying goods there.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending within an area bounded by 60th Street, Elmwood Avenue, 67th Street and Kingsessing Avenue, on both sides.
