This enacted ordinance authorizes Rimas Properties to construct, own, and maintain a raised entrance plaza extending about five feet onto the public sidewalk at 1352 South Street. The plaza will provide access to six retail spaces and ADA accessibility, must leave a six-and-a-half-foot clear walkway, and cannot be used for sidewalk-café tables or chairs; required permits, agreements, insurance, and other conditions apply.
