The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer approximately 2.1 acres of city-owned land and buildings on the block bounded by West Huntingdon Street, North Fairhill Street, West Lehigh Avenue, and North Fifth Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for a nominal amount. The property may then be conveyed for less than fair market value, and any net sale proceeds must go to the City’s General Fund.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to convey certain tracts of land with the buildings and improvements thereon located on the block bounded by West Huntingdon Street, North Fairhill Street, West Lehigh Avenue, and North Fifth Street, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for nominal consideration, for further conveyance.
