This enacted ordinance authorizes changing the City Plan to vacate the southern five feet of Chestnut Street between 32nd and 33rd Streets, reducing the street’s planned width from 80 feet to 75 feet. The affected property owner or other party in interest must meet specified conditions, including agreements protecting the City from damage claims, paying hearing-advertising costs, and contributing $200 toward ordinance costs.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 42 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southerly five feet wide portion of Chestnut Street between Thirty-Second Street and Thirty-Third Street, thereby reducing the width of said Chestnut Street from eighty feet to seventy-five feet, under certain terms and conditions.
