This enacted ordinance authorizes $21.9 million in Fiscal Year 2007 transfers within Philadelphia’s Water Fund. The transfers move funding from the Water Department, the Director of Finance’s indemnities account, and the Department of Revenue’s Sinking Fund Commission to Water Department payments to other funds and employee benefits.
