Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 050516) approved June 29, 2005, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Harlan Street, Stewart Street, and Nassau Street, each from 21st Street to 22nd Street and by reserving and placing on City Plan a right-of-way for gas main purposes within the beds of Stewart Street and Nassau Street being stricken under authority of this Ordinance, all under certain terms and conditions", by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
