This enacted ordinance amended a 2005 ordinance concerning the removal of Harlan, Stewart, and Nassau Streets from the City Plan between 21st and 22nd Streets, while reserving gas-main rights-of-way in parts of Stewart and Nassau Streets. It extended the deadline for complying with that ordinance’s conditions to June 29, 2009.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 050516) approved June 29, 2005, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Harlan Street, Stewart Street, and Nassau Street, each from 21st Street to 22nd Street and by reserving and placing on City Plan a right-of-way for gas main purposes within the beds of Stewart Street and Nassau Street being stricken under authority of this Ordinance, all under certain terms and conditions", by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
