The enacted ordinance authorized the transfer of $19.8 million in Fiscal Year 2008 appropriations from the General Fund and Grants Revenue Fund to other City offices and programs. The funds were reallocated for services and expenses involving housing, human services, fleet management, the Law Department, public property, records, recreation, and other City operations.
