This enacted ordinance grants Shailesh Tilvawala permission to construct, use, and maintain conduits under and across the public right-of-way at Eighth and Market Streets to provide electrical and telephone service to his newsstand. The work must follow City rules and receive required permits and approvals, and Tilvawala must enter into an agreement with the City, provide a bond and insurance, and meet other conditions.

Granting permission to Shailesh Tilvawala, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northeast corner of Eighth Street and Market Street, to construct, use and maintain conduits for fiber optic facilities in, under and across the northeast corner of Eighth Street and Market Street, for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to said newsstand.
