This enacted ordinance prohibits street and sidewalk vending on certain portions of 17th Street. The restriction applies to vendors selling or displaying goods on the east side of 17th Street between Spring Garden Street and Callowhill Street, and on the west side from Spring Garden Street to within five feet of the southern end of the stairway entrance to Community College of Philadelphia’s Winnet Student Life Building.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203 relating to Street Vendors and Section 9-205 relating to Sidewalk Sales, by prohibiting street and sidewalk vending on certain portions of 17th Street.
