This enacted ordinance grants Sunil Shroff, who operates a newsstand at Fortieth and Spruce Streets, permission to build and maintain conduits under and across the public right-of-way to provide electrical and telephone service to the newsstand. Before using the permission, Shroff must meet city requirements, obtain required permits and utility approvals, and provide a bond and insurance; the permission expires if these conditions are not met within one year.

Granting permission to Sunil Shroff, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northwest corner of Fortieth Street and Spruce Street, to construct, use and maintain conduits for fiber optic facilities in, under and across the northwest corner of Fortieth Street and Spruce Street, for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to said newsstand.
