The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to revise the City Plan and place a 15-foot-wide drainage right-of-way along the northwest side of Bustleton Avenue, from Scotchbrook Drive to a point about 671 feet northeast. Property owners affected by the change must provide agreements granting the City access for drainage facilities and maintenance, accept related responsibilities, and meet other conditions, including paying required costs.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 361 and 367 by placing on the City Plan a fifteen feet wide right-of-way for drainage purposes adjacent to the northwesterly side of Bustleton Avenue and extending from Scotchbrook Drive to a point approximately six-hundred seventy-one feet northeastwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
