This enacted ordinance authorized the transfer of $84.36 million in Fiscal Year 2008 appropriations from the General Fund and Grants Revenue Fund to various City offices, departments, boards, and commissions. The transferred funds supported personnel, services, equipment, employee benefits, debt service, the School District contribution, and other expenses, including allocations for public health, human services, prisons, streets, fire, and city administration.
