This enacted bill changes Philadelphia’s fee schedule for construction-related permits and services, including fees for construction, alterations, demolition, and certain mechanical and fire-suppression work. It also increases the fees for zoning district certifications and real estate certification statements from $50 to $100, affecting people and businesses applying for these permits or certifications.

Amending Subcode "A" (The Philadelphia Administrative Code) of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by amending the fee schedule for various construction related activities; and amending Section 14-1706 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Schedule of Fees," by amending the fees for the issuance of real estate certifications; all under certain terms and conditions.
