This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s business privilege license rules. It replaced the temporary license, which was valid for up to three consecutive days and cost $100, with an annual license valid for a tax year and costing $50, while keeping the permanent license fee at $250; it took effect July 1, 2008.
