This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s towing, booting, and storage fees for parked or abandoned vehicles based on vehicle weight. Vehicles under 11,000 pounds have a $100 boot fee, a $125 towing fee, and storage charges of $12 per day for the first five days and $18 per day afterward; vehicles weighing 11,000 to under 17,000 pounds have a $100 boot fee, a $225 towing fee, and $30 per day for storage, while vehicles weighing 17,000 pounds or more have a $100 boot fee, a $300 towing fee, and $50 per day for storage.

Amending Chapter 12-2400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Towing And Immobilizing Of Parked Or Abandoned Vehicles," by changing the weight classification for certain boot, removal, and impoundment fees, and the addition of certain boot, removal, and impoundment fees, all under certain terms and conditions.
