This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan to place Twenty-sixth Street from Penrose Avenue south about 1,832 feet to a dead end. It requires the affected property owner or other party in interest to provide the street bed to the City at no cost, meet indemnification requirements, pay advertising costs, and contribute $200 toward the ordinance’s costs.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 52-S and 53-S by placing on the City Plan Twenty-sixth Street from Penrose Avenue southwardly approximately one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-two feet to a dead end, and the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of said Twenty-sixth Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
