The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the City Plan and place a variable-width drainage right-of-way along the southwest side of Welsh Road, northwest of Banes Street. Property owners involved must grant the City the right-of-way and access for drainage facilities, follow restrictions on construction and grade changes, provide required protections against damage claims, and pay the cost of advertising the public hearing.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 367 by placing on the City Plan a variable width right-of-way for drainage purposes on the southwesterly side of Welsh Road approximately two-hundred forty-seven feet northwest of Banes Street and extending southeastwardly approximately four-hundred thirty-nine feet in depth, under certain terms and conditions.
