This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to remove and vacate a two-foot-wide strip along the northeast side of Stout Road between City Avenue and a point about 563 feet southeast, reducing that section’s planned width from 70 feet to 68 feet. The property owner or other party requesting the change must meet conditions including paying the appraised value of the vacated strip, covering hearing-advertising costs, and providing agreements or financial protections for the City; $200 in costs must also be paid within 120 days for the ordinance to take effect.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 190 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the northeasterly two feet wide portion of Stout Road from City Avenue to a point approximately five-hundred sixty-three feet southeastwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
