This enacted ordinance changes how authorized towing companies assess fees for towing and storing abandoned vehicles. Instead of the former fixed limits listed in Section 12-1120, those fees are assessed under the provisions of Section 12-2406.1 of the Philadelphia Code.

Amending Section 12-1120 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Abandoned Vehicles," by providing that towing and storage fees, charged by authorized salvors for the towing and storage of abandoned vehicles, be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Section 12-2406.1, under certain terms and conditions.
