This enacted ordinance authorizes Grasso Holdings, Inc., the owner and developer of 1601 Vine Street, to construct, own, and maintain canopies, a façade overhang, and balconies that extend over portions of the public footways on Vine Street, Franklintown Boulevard, 16th Street, and Wood Street as part of a mixed-use development. The company must obtain required permits and approvals, provide a bond and insurance, cover certain costs, and remove the encroachments within 180 days if lawfully notified by the Streets Department.

Authorizing Grasso Holdings, Inc. the owner and developer of 1601 Vine Street to construct, own and maintain various encroachments to be installed in conjunction with a mixed-use development, all under certain terms and conditions.
