This enacted ordinance changes the locations of Philadelphia’s towing zones. It applies to all streets from Bainbridge Street to Spring Garden Street between the Schuylkill and Delaware Rivers, and to both sides of Broad Street from Spring Garden Street to Hunting Park Avenue, with hours as posted; these rules affect vehicles parked in those areas.

Amending Chapter 12-2400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Towing And Immobilizing Of Parked Or Abandoned Vehicles," by the addition and changing of towing zone locations, all under certain terms and conditions.
