This enacted ordinance grants Howard Foreman, owner of Island Caribbean Restaurant at 1338–44 Rising Sun Avenue, permission to build a raised deck for restaurant seating that extends onto parts of Rising Sun Avenue and Westmoreland Street. The permission is subject to required permits, an agreement with the City, insurance and other conditions, including removing the deck within 180 days if lawfully directed by the Streets Department.
