Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 051234) approved February 16, 2006, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 266 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Jefferson Street and Heston, each from 52nd Street to Paxon Street; by striking from the City Plan and vacating Paxon Street from Jefferson Street to Columbia Avenue; and by reserving and placing on the City Plan rights-of-way for gas main purposes, water main purposes, and drainage purposes within the beds of the streets being stricken by this Ordinance, if necessary, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
