This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove a roughly 99-foot portion of Leithgow Street south of Reno Street from the official City Plan and reserve a public-utility right-of-way within that area. Property owners or other parties involved must meet conditions including indemnifying the City, paying related costs, adjusting or removing affected street and utility facilities, and protecting access to the utility right-of-way; approval from the Philadelphia Historical Commission is required before altering the historic street’s curb or paving.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by striking from the City Plan and vacating a portion of Leithgow Street south of Reno Street and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for public utility purposes within the lines of Leithgow Street being stricken, all under certain terms and conditions.
