The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to City Plan No. 109 and vacates the legally open portion of Melon Street from Thirty-Fifth Street west to a dead end, about 120 feet. The property owner or other party involved must meet conditions including releasing and protecting the City from claims, paying certain costs, and arranging and covering any needed changes or removal of streets, utilities, lighting, hydrants, sewers, and related equipment.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 109 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Melon Street from Thirty-Fifth Street westward to a dead end, under certain terms and conditions.
