This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Race Street from the City Plan between Thirty-third and Thirty-fourth Streets and reserve that area for drainage, water and gas mains, and other public utilities. Property owners involved must meet conditions, including granting the City access to the reserved area and covering or securing the costs of related changes to streets, sidewalks, utilities, and other public facilities.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on City Plan No. 44 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Race Street from Thirty-third Street to Thirty-fourth Street and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and public utility purposes, all under certain terms and conditions.
