This enacted ordinance grants Massimo Criniti, owner of Criniti Restaurante Italiano, permission to build, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café on the east sidewalk of South Broad Street north of Moyamensing Avenue. The café may include 13 tables extending up to about seven feet into the sidewalk while leaving at least 11 feet clear for pedestrians, subject to required permits, an agreement with the City, insurance, and other conditions.

Granting permission to Massimo Criniti, owner of Criniti Restaurante Italiano, to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café located on the east sidewalk of S. Broad Street north of Moyemensing Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
