The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from the official City Plan and vacate about 620 feet of Thirtieth Street, from Walnut Street’s lower level south to a dead end. The property owner or other party requesting the change must meet conditions, including paying certain City costs, covering or arranging changes to affected streets and utilities, and protecting the City from related claims.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 42 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Thirtieth Street from Walnut Street (lower level) southwardly approximately six-hundred twenty feet to a dead end, all under certain terms and conditions.
