This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the City Plan and abandon a 40-foot-wide drainage right-of-way running from B Street to Tioga Street. The property owner or other party involved must meet conditions including filing agreements to protect the City from damage claims, paying hearing-advertising costs, and paying $200 toward the ordinance’s costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 158 by striking from the City Plan and abandoning a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes which extends southeastwardly from the easterly side of "B" Street to the northerly side of Tioga Street, under certain terms and conditions.
