This enacted bill adds five Philadelphia blockfaces where one or more parking spaces may be reserved for vehicles owned by car-sharing organizations. The specific spaces are to be designated by the Philadelphia Parking Authority on portions of 9th, Moyamensing, Washington, and 10th Streets, and on 9th Street near South Street.

Amending Section 12-918 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parking for Car Sharing Organizations," by adding locations, all under certain terms and conditions.
