This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia to remove Cleveland Street between Girard Avenue and Stiles Street from the official City Plan and vacate that street segment. The property owner or other responsible party must meet conditions including releasing and protecting the City from claims, paying related costs, posting financial security, and covering any required changes or removal of sidewalks, utilities, lighting, hydrants, sewers, and other City infrastructure.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Cleveland Street from Girard Avenue to Stiles Street, under certain terms and conditions.
