The enacted ordinance authorizes the Board of Surveyors to revise the City Plan by widening the west side of Fifteenth Street between Arch Street and Cherry Street, moving the house line 20 feet west and the curb line by up to 20 feet. Property owners or other involved parties must provide required agreements, dedicate the widened area to the City, pay specified costs, and make or fund needed changes to sidewalks, utilities, street equipment, and other facilities.
Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by relocating the westerly curb line and house line of Fifteenth Street between Arch Street and Cherry Street, under certain terms and conditions.
