This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas within the boundaries of Ditman Street, Cottman Avenue, Keystone Street, and Hellerman Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s maps and took effect immediately.
