This enacted bill authorizes Edward and Veronica Leonard, their successors, and assigns to own, operate, and maintain an existing one-story garage extension and entrance steps that extend into the east sidewalk of N. Pennock Street next to 2718 Brown Street. The authorization is subject to city permits, approvals, an agreement with the City, insurance or equivalent protections, and requirements to remove the structures and restore the sidewalk if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing Edward and Veronica Leonard, their successors and assigns, to own, operate, and maintain a one story garage extension and entranceway steps on the east sidewalk of N. Pennock Street adjacent to their property located at 2718 Brown Street, under certain terms and conditions.
