This enacted ordinance prohibits people and vendors from displaying or selling goods, or keeping stands, on sidewalks along Cheltenham Avenue within Philadelphia’s Ninth District. It also removes a prior exception that allowed up to three vendors within 25 feet of 2510 Cheltenham Avenue, and it took effect immediately.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Sales by prohibiting sidewalk sales on Cheltenham Avenue within the Ninth District.
