This enacted ordinance authorizes the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to construct, own, and maintain a wrap-around marquee canopy at St. John the Evangelist House, 1211-1213 Clover Street. The canopy may extend into portions of the public sidewalks on Clover, Camac, and Ludlow Streets, subject to required permits, city approval, insurance or financial protections, and an agreement allowing the City to require its removal for a municipal construction project.
