This enacted ordinance authorized the City’s Director of Finance to transfer $845,247 within the Fiscal Year 2008 Water Fund. The money was moved from the Water Department’s purchase-of-services account and the Finance Director’s indemnities account to accounts for information services, the Water Department, employee benefits, and the Law Department.
