This enacted ordinance permits commercial vehicles to park overnight on both sides of the 600 block of Cheswick Road, despite the usual restriction on commercial-vehicle parking near residences from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The exception does not apply to vehicles loaded with debris, waste, or recyclable materials.

Amending Section 12-901 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited at Certain Places," by permitting the overnight parking of commercial vehicles on the 600 block of Cheswick Road.
