The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to Harmer Street between Fifteenth and Sixteenth Streets, moving the northern property line and curbline to widen the street from 20 to 30 feet and increase the paved travel area from 6 feet 6 inches to 15 feet. The affected property owner or owners must dedicate the widened street area to the City at no cost and cover required changes to sidewalks, paving, utilities, hydrants, sewers, and street lighting, subject to specified agreements and financial guarantees.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 63 by relocating the northerly houseline and curbline of Harmer Street, from Fifteenth Street to Sixteenth Street; authorizing the dedication to the City of the privately-owned widened portion of Harmer Street; and authorizing the opening of the widened Harmer Street, including a portion owned by the City; all under certain terms and conditions.
